At Sticky Life Hub, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle any information you may provide when using our personal utility app (referred to as "the Service") which includes notes, finance, travel, and sports tracking. Our core philosophy is to keep your data local and private.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store any personal data on external servers. The notes, finances, agreements, trip bills, and sports scores you create within the Service are stored locally on your device in an encrypted format.

2. How the Service Works

You can freely use the Service to take notes, manage finances, split bills, track client agreements, and score sports matches on your device. No user-generated data is collected or hosted on our developer servers.

3. Google Drive Integration & Cloud Sync

You may optionally choose to connect your personal Google Account to enable Google Drive Cloud Sync & Backup. When enabled:

• Your encrypted database backup is stored directly in your personal Google Drive inside a dedicated, isolated Application Data folder (`appDataFolder`).
• We (Lee Cyber Technology) do not have access to your Google Account credentials or your Google Drive files. Authentication is handled directly by official Google OAuth 2.0 services.
• You can turn off Auto-Sync or sign out of your Google Account at any time directly from the app drawer.

4. Speech Recognition, Voice Lock & Custom Backup PIN Privacy

Sticky Life Hub includes optional Voice Owner Lock, Custom Backup PIN, and Biometric Security features to allow secure, flexible access to your app records. Regarding speech processing, authentication, and security preferences:

• Independent Security Controls: App Lock (Biometrics/PIN) and Voice Owner Lock can be enabled or disabled completely independently based on your security preferences.
• 100% On-Device Processing: Speech recognition is performed entirely locally on your device via native OS engines (Apple Speech Framework on iOS / Android SpeechRecognizer on Android). Microphone access (`RECORD_AUDIO`) is active solely while the voice visualizer is displayed during unlock or setup.
• Zero Audio Storage or Transmission: Audio captured during voice recognition is converted into text in real-time on your device. We NEVER record, store, transmit, or upload voice audio files or transcripts to external servers or third parties.
• Custom In-App Backup PIN: You may set an optional 4-digit backup PIN stored locally on your device in secure local preferences (`SharedPreferences`). The backup PIN serves as an immediate fallback if voice recognition fails or biometrics are turned off.
• PIN-Guarded Security Gate: Creating or modifying your secret voice passphrase is protected by mandatory PIN or biometric verification to prevent unauthorized changes by secondary users.
• Shoulder-Surfing Protection: Enrolled secret voice phrases and PIN configuration states are visually masked (`●●●●●`) in app menus so onlookers cannot view your private passphrase.
• Full User Control: You can turn off Voice Lock, clear your backup PIN, or revoke microphone permissions at any time in device or app settings.

5. On-Device Receipt Scanning & Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

Sticky Life Hub features automated Receipt Scanning & Auto-Fill in Personal Finance and Trips. Regarding receipt images and text extraction:

• 100% On-Device OCR Processing: Text recognition on uploaded transaction screenshots and bills is performed entirely locally on your device using Google ML Kit.
• Zero Server Transmission: Receipt images, parsed transaction text, amounts, merchant names, and transaction IDs are NEVER uploaded to external servers, cloud AI APIs, or third-party databases.
• Local Image Attachment: Attaching receipt screenshots is optional. Attached screenshots remain stored locally on your device in your encrypted database.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

While we do not collect personal data ourselves, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app to support development.

7. Local & Cloud Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device's internal storage, with optional background backup to your personal Google Drive. Uninstalling the app or clearing local data will remove local files; however, any previously backed-up files on your Google Drive will remain safely in your personal Google Drive until you choose to remove them.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app (such as adding new features or third-party integrations). Any updates or changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
