Terms and Conditions for Sticky Life Hub

Welcome to Sticky Life Hub. By downloading or using the app (the "Service"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sticky Life Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Sticky Life Hub provides tools for personal productivity, note-taking, financial tracking, bill splitting, client agreement tracking, and multi-sport score tracking (Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball). You agree to use these features responsibly and for lawful purposes only.

3. Data Storage, Google Drive Backup & Recovery

Our app operates locally by default. All your data (notes, finances, agreements, sports stats) is stored locally on your device.

• You may optionally sign in with your Google Account to enable Google Drive Cloud Sync & Backup.
• When Auto-Sync is enabled, your database backup is securely stored in your personal Google Drive account (`appDataFolder`).
• Lee Cyber Technology does not host, access, or store your personal data or Google Drive files on developer servers.
• If you disable Auto-Sync or uninstall the app without backing up to Google Drive or CSV, local data may be lost. You are responsible for managing your backup settings.

4. App Lock, Custom Backup PIN & Security Controls

Sticky Life Hub offers customizable security features including App Lock (Device Biometrics/PIN), Voice Owner Lock, and an in-app Custom Backup PIN. You can enable or disable App Lock and Voice Owner Lock independently according to your security preferences. If you set a 4-digit custom backup PIN, it will serve as your primary fallback when unlocking the application.

5. Speech Recognition, Voice Lock & Security Gate Terms

Sticky Life Hub provides an optional hands-free Voice Owner Lock & Speech Recognition feature powered by on-device Speech-to-Text (STT) technology. By enabling or using Voice Lock and Security controls, you agree to the following terms:

• Independent Toggle Control: App Lock and Voice Owner Lock are separate settings. Disabling App Lock will suppress device biometric prompts on the unlock screen, leaving Voice Lock or your Custom Backup PIN active if configured.
• Passphrase & PIN Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for protecting your secret voice phrase and custom 4-digit backup PIN. Enrolled phrases are visually masked (`●●●●●`) in app menus to prevent shoulder-surfing, but you must avoid speaking your secret phrase aloud in public or untrusted environments.
• Security Gate Authorization: Modifying or setting your secret voice phrase requires authorization via your Custom Backup PIN or device biometrics to prevent unauthorized configuration changes.
• Accuracy & Environmental Dependencies: Speech recognition accuracy depends on hardware capabilities, ambient noise, acoustic conditions, and native OS speech engines. Recognition may occasionally fail due to background noise.
• Backup Authentication: If speech recognition is unavailable or fails due to ambient noise, you must use your Custom Backup PIN (or device biometrics if App Lock is enabled) to unlock your data.
• Audio Processing Disclaimer: All speech-to-text processing occurs locally on your device. Lee Cyber Technology does not record, store, or transmit voice audio streams or transcripts and disclaims liability for recognition inaccuracies or hardware-related unlock failures.

6. Receipt Scanning & Automated OCR Terms

Sticky Life Hub provides an automated Receipt Scanning & Text Extraction feature powered by Google ML Kit on-device optical character recognition (OCR). By using receipt scanning tools, you agree to the following terms:

• User Verification Responsibility: Automated text recognition is provided to assist data entry. You are solely responsible for checking, reviewing, and verifying all auto-filled transaction details (such as amounts, title names, currencies, and reference numbers) before saving transactions or trip expenses.
• OCR Disclaimer & Variance: Extraction accuracy depends on image clarity, lighting, font type, and screenshot layout. Lee Cyber Technology does not guarantee 100% recognition accuracy and is not responsible for accounting discrepancies resulting from unverified OCR parsing.

7. Advertising

The Service is provided to you free of charge. To support development, we display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of these ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any websites they may link to.

8. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Lee Cyber Technology. You may not copy, modify, extract the source code, or attempt to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lee Cyber Technology strives to ensure the app is updated and correct at all times, but we accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, miscalculated finances, or issues arising from device malfunctions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
